Prolly it's rather weird to hear this. But i think i am really, really fortunate to be alive. I am forever grateful that God has given me another chance to live once again. I barely escaped two near death experience which caused me my nose, my ears and my face. I'm not ashame to share that i have scars on my face and ear because these are the scars that made me who i am today.
Yes, i'm still currently living with a broken nose due to my first (bus) road accident in Singapore. There's little to mention about my first accident but I was on my way to my late grandma's place when it happened. The public bus that i was in, crashed into another bus and that bus crashed into another bus in front and then it crashed into a car at the forefront. It's what we called chain accident.
The scars on my face was caused by the rough stitches that i received during my second road accident in Malaysia. They were stitched up roughly by the Kota Tinggi's doctor. My face was almost disfigured as it smashed into the car's windscreen that i was in and in the process of rescuing by pulling me out of the windscreen, the sharp, shattered glass sliced my right ear into half, leaving the bottom part dangling. The glass not only cut through my right ear but also my right cheek, my nose and the upper part of my eyebrow. Well, its not worth remembering what i felt during the bloodshed ordeal but i knew that, that particular day changed my life.
To those who read this, thank you for your time on reading the most important episode of my life and if someone out there, with visible scars, do not try to hide it cos i know you have a great story to share behind it. Just remember that we are given another chance to live so live your life well and fruitfully.
xxx,
Ayura
